The Noreen O'Neill Foundation for Melanoma Research (FMR) was founded in 1999 by Noreen O'Neill after being diagnosed with malignant melanoma. The Noreen O'Neill Foundation for Melanoma Research is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding melanoma research. Historically, this is the first time the famous Wachovia Complex has been used as a route for a run. The Wachovia Complex contains both the Wachovia Spectrum and The Wachovia Center.
